Why Financially Plan

“Planning is bringing the future into the present so that you can do something about it now.” Alan Lakein

Having the ability to plan and organise is something we all have – in fact most of us use these skills on a daily basis.  Being able to combine work and family commitments whilst also finding time for our friends and hobbies requires us to plan and organise ourselves and our resources.

However, when it comes to making financial plans many people don't feel informed enough to make a decision. Gaining the necessary knowledge can take time which is precious in today’s fast paced world.  Also the sheer volume of information available on the internet and in the press can often create confusion.

Other people don’t put financial plans at the top of the list because they believe it’s not the right time. It’s very hard for us to take action on something that will be helpful for us 30 years from now. In other words, the further away the benefit is, the less likely we are to take action and the more likely we are to postpone.

There's good news though. Once people spend time learning about financial planning, they’re 75 percent more likely to be confident in their financial future.

I have over 24 years of experience in helping people learn and understand about their finances so they can make more informed financial decisions. Which in turn helps put them on track to achieve their future goals and aspirations.

Also by running a totally independent financial advisory business you can be sure that my sole focus is on making the best recommendation possible to meet your needs from the whole of the market. All advice fees are also fully transparent.
